im just tryna lose some belly fat i have and thats it.It doesn't matter how many times a day you eat. You can go the Ronaldo route with 6 meals a day and still be single digit body fat or eat once a day.
I did OMAD (one meal a day) for years and I think it screwed up my melatonin and other hormones permanently. It was great for leaning out and controlling hunger though.
As long as you have a basic understanding of the caloric content of foods, you can eat as often as you want. It's extremely hard to not lose body fat eating meats, vegetables and berries all day with water. Have to be careful with fats (even healthy ones like olive) since just 10ml contains 90kcal.
Can't localize fat loss unfortunately, to lose facial fat, stubborn belly fat etc. you need to lose body fat % as a whole.im just tryna lose some belly fat i have and thats it.
