if im immune to reta and other GLP-1s what should i do?

for context i took some over dose reta from HYB. 1mg sent me to the ER and like a high t bull i still ran that shit, it was basically anorexia in a bottle i ran it for maybe 2 months after my receptors were completely fried, even 4mg of the overdosed reta wouldn't affect me at all. now im on 4mg of real reta which has 0 affects on me as well.

im thinking of adding cagrilintide to my stack since it works in a different pathway, but i still dont know what to do

why we lying Reta did not do this to u, but if u don’t wanna use glp 1 use clen, it will suppress ur hunger as well
