He wouldn't be fat in the first place, he's the only fat guy in North Korea, everyone else can't afford unlimited food. Also, almost all men get married there, the divorce rate is extremely low, so he will probably have no problems finding a wife and starting a family.

I don't think they have that there...Maybe if he would defect to South Korea he could become a rapper like Psy or something.
