With his knowledge of supplements it should be a breeze! He has access to kratom too which is an appetite suppressant.
This isn't a thread to bash him, it's just what he should do.
It even saves money (which is the same as making money).
He could easily reach HTN or more with that eye area if he just got below 80 kg.
