Running destroys your collagen.

Chlorine in swimming pools pools damages skin and hair.

I think elliptical or stationary biking is best tbh

Dry fasting is the best for anti aging and lean maxing.

Brutal - I did notice that those hard core runners and older triathletes have older looking faces for their age. Many also don't live to an old age despite all that exercise.

Probably better since less time is actually done doing the exercise, also sprinters tend to have more muscle mass

It dehydrates you

When I do HIIT cardio I contract my facial muscles in a way that there is no "bouncing" when I come down from a jump, for example, ESPECIALLY when jumping rope. That's probably the biggest reason for people looking worse. Every time you come down it's like gravity times 20 if you don't do that. Plus your facial muscles get a small workout.

Just go on a fucking run or swim bro. I’m sure if you look well enough, you can find a negative about any exercise.

I suppose a big reason is that they’re out exposed to UV rays, hours a day with no sunscreen, for decades.

Do both! Low Intensity and High Intensity Training on separate days. Most endurance athletes have horrific diets (Vegan) and lifestyles (Sleep Deprivation). This is what causes their zombified look. When combined with adequate nutrition and rest. They will resemble the look of your average swimmer, calisthenics or manual laborer. Since they all utilize their type 1 fibers alongside adequate nutrition. Type 1 fibers are used when you are doing sub-maximal work for long periods of time. When you are Type I fiber maxxed. You will develop a less puffy but, firmer looking physique.
