I’m looking for some information for educational purposes. Is there any substance (PED, peptide, or otherwise) that can significantly improve cardiovascular endurance for sports like football or track?
I am not looking for something extremely high-risk or astronomically expensive. I know there is no 'magic pill' without consequences, but I’m interested in hearing about substances that are considered 'effective' yet relatively manageable in terms of side effects. Are there any peptides or metabolic modulators that actually work for endurance, or are they all just hype/snake oil? Looking for realistic experiences and insights.
