Ive read every guide/study on this topic and one thing that doesn’t get mentioned is how your skin reacts to this whole procedure.

After my 6th session my skin has gotten so much worse.

Please, if you’re doing or thinking about doing this procedure, make sure that you completely cleanse your skin with a proper 10% benzoyl peroxide one no CeraVe shit and clean your devices with alcohol swaps after each session.

You must cleanse before you start and after each session wipe off you see gel immediately and cleanse again and finally once the whole procedure has finished cleanse two more times.

I can’t emphasise this enough as the gel is not good for your skin and with the procedures it opens up your pores and especially if you don’t cleanse your skin bacteria from the procedure will get into your pores and fuck up your skin for life unless you do something about it.

Then off the order of that you can do your lymphatic drainage with moisturiser make sure your hands are clean and then you’re done.
