If u have a long faceshape with a short mid face/balanced/compact and a medium /long philtrum THIS IS NOT FOR LONG MID FACE neither a short philtrum

not people with an overly long mid face because this is not fixable

so the first thing your gonna get is lower third shaving with a lip lift

a lower third shaving can reduce the height of ur jaw/chin

and a lip lift is gonna make the lowerthird dominant again

if u have a long forehead a hairtransplant can definitely help

water but good advice, im not too sure with lower third shaving that sounds a bit risky. I heard a maxillary impaction can help a bit ( i guess it depends on the root cause though of the long face)

Mustache helps hide philtrum, and yeah upperlip filler remains the only real way to fix a long midface

Long hair tends to look better on dudes with longer midfaces tho, it makes it look shorter
