i use normal contacts and have brown eyes, blue contacts will look uncanny on me

Depends on if they have a limbal ring and are not bright blue it will look natural

I also wear blue contacts very often and they mog my brown eyes. But sometimes people tell me they prefer my brown eyes. Colouring is really down to preference on occasion. I like my look with or without the contacts but I wear them to get an extra edge. It depends on your niche. I'm a tan and Mediterranean phenotype so any colour eyes naturally suit me. If you're paler and North European blue eyes will almost certainly suit you over brown.

U canget them in shein or some other websites depends on ur phenotype if u have brown hair and tan skin do green if ur white nordic with blonde hair or light brown then blue
