everyone talking about leanmaxxing like its candy but this shit is hard asf i dont know how tf you dudes get to 10% let alone keep it i cant fucking get to 12% and keep it i feel like absolute shit

No need to go below 10%, it's hard to maintain and unhealthy. 12% is good enough.
Give or take yeah. Most of my friends at 7-10% have hollow cheeks and prominent cheekbones. Really the first thing everyone should be doing.

the problem is im a 19yr old cucked idiot still living with parents and training wrestling so i have to eat their food and have to train this sport that requires me to be at least 13% to function i never cut cause my coach knows i have shit energy in match

if you have a diet plan to reccomend thanks i need it for this summer

I'm a little over a year deep in this forum son, and I ain't never given my body fat % a second thought. I don't know or care anything about that stuff. Don't you tell me I'm wasting my time on this forum. I'll find you.

Well I hate to do long term diet plans. I was at 200 pounds end of Covid lockdown and I’ve cut 15 lb in one month. The way I do this is by water fasting. Easiest and fastest way to do it. You need a lot of will power. The way I do it is by eating everything that would tempt me that’s in my fridge the weeks before. Then start the fast. When the day is over go and do heavy shopping that day at Costco. I’m 185 lb at 6’3. My goal at the end of this one is 165 at 8-10% body fat. That should be attainable in 1 month.

But this doesn’t work for some people.

= almost 6 k calories

Listen I've been in PSL for a long time (and on this site since day 1) but I don't think I've ever went below 15% bodyfat. I can tell my bones are small, flat, fragile. It's just more rewarding to eat frozen pizza and drink monster energy every day.

Nah bro. Straight water fasting, not eating anything for 2 weeks. Just litres of water every day. Then first two days of breaking the fast going on a full vegetarian diet, consisting of just greens and fruits 🍉.

If someone is an incenit wouldn’t really matter cause these mfs aren’t gonna get any during the duration of the fast regardless. For me, my girlfriend is out of state till July so I have a month to lose 20lb. And I don’t care about my sex drive if I don’t got my girl. I stopped porn and fapping last year thank god. So it’s depends. If I was with my gf then I would t water fast. I would just calorie deficit this summer and still get there
 
Remember: when you get lean, make sure you stay lean. It's devastating to lose fat again if you were lean before.

Leanmaxxing is a waste if you are short, then you will just become a twink rapebait. If you're short, inject T and become fat as possible to make up for you small size instead of "looksmaxxing" into a fresh young piece of twink ass.

The problem with binge eating is that you keep doing it day after day. If you would binge just for one day per month it would be OK, but once you start it, you realize that all these foods that make you fat are delicious, and you continue for months and then you need to lose fat again.

Yeah you have to have a strong mental to get over it. Ask yourself, “how many binges is going to be enough? Or do I want to live my life like this till I die?” Then right down your weight and fitness goals. And after a little bit of consistency you won’t need reasons to get you up and out to work out.
