This was a 1 year process of Trial and error.

I hated how I looked.

I was short, looked down upon constantly.

My teachers were cruel to me.

I couldn’t get a job.


NOTHING WORKED FOR ME.

So I realized I needed a change.


I was 16 years old, and realized what the problem was, my height and face, which was being affected by my lack of puberty.

STARTING STATS:
~5’3
106-110 Pounds

So, what did I ACTUALLY do?

Step 1. Stop doing high intensity anything.

I realized that my body was under constant stress.

-I was doing Muay Thai at the time and had to cut weight from 110-100 pounds.


-I also did wrestling at the time, and weighed 106 pounds.



that is HORRIBLE
for you and your puberty

Cutting weight as well as doing ANY extremely high intensity training will disrupt hormones, and if you’re not getting perfect macros every day, chances are that you are possibly RUINING your endocrine system.

Step 2. Eat a ton of fucking food, doesn’t matter what it is just fucking eat it.

-A caloric surplus proved to be a massive help to my puberty

-Since I recently quit all my sports, I was able to eat again

-Almost immediately, I began noticing changes throughout my body

-I started noticing puberty beginning to take its course.

Step 3. Start Weightlifting.

I honestly cannot say whether or not it has increased my test or not, but I can say it has improved my frame and potentially helped with puberty, and I did it.

This thread could be helpful to teens in my case, had I not stopped cutting weight I probably would have been missing out on height

I had fucking 180 ng/dl test during and when I quit, I tested again lit 1 month later in the morning again it was lit 300 ROFL. You are clearly a retard.
