Just eat a natural diet (meat, dairy, honey) and nothing else but eat as much as you want. It's way easier and you will naturally lose weight. If you are not fat and want to get extremely lean then obviously this won't work as it will get you at a natural weight and being very lean is not natural.

It foesnt make sense that it brings you to your "natural wheight" your bmr changes almost nothing when you lose fat

If eating this diet would bring you from fat to normal it would also bring you from normal to shredded

Pure cope,cals are the only thing that matters for fat loss

You don't get it. When healthy, your body will balance itself out. You get fat in the first place because your body wants to get fat.

So when you eat more than the output is you gain whight when you eat less you lose weight, you youre body just randomly decided to get fat skinny there would be insane amount of people just dying from hypothermia/overheating, youre diet would just be like going on dnp

If youre body purpusly got fat that gene would have been removed from the gene pool long ago

I mean? You don’t *have* to but it helps a fuck ton and saves time making sure your not overeating, even if you eat the most “primal” diet possible, you will end up overeating especially considering the amount of nutrient dense foods in this diet, it will be way easier to over eat

Another thing, calories are even more irrelevant because protein is used for structural purposes(each g of protein is counted towards calories just like other macros), anyways though if you're healthy you're gonna be losing weight either way aslong as you're in not optimal weight and composition
