For the moment no but in the future like 20 years probably. Robots could do literally any task you only have to train them. And that's what takes lots of resources and time to develop.

This is true. There have been mass layoffs for years now. Lots of skilled seniors from big companies got fired and are on the market fighting for scraps now. If you aren't exceptionally talented as a graduate, a junior is going to have a very hard time finding a job these days.
