-drink milk (supresses parathyroid hormone, also you need the calcium)
- take aspirin (anti-inflammatory and prostaglandin inhibiting, i take 325mg before bed)
- i am also taking 0,5 mg cypro (antihistamine/serotonin) to fix my gut and lower stress hormones
Fix you daytime temperature to 37 degrees if lower, which they probably are if you are losing hair. For me this meant massive cal increase

i believe hair loss is a metabolic issue for many and can be solved by lifestyle changes if in its early phase
