(I know this will be straight water for alot do people here but i wanted to make sure some new people know this)

Literally the foundation of a good face this is more aimed at people new to looksmaxxing who dont know alot and post " what peptides should i buy " " is (x) cope " i would argue that the first thing everybody new to here should do is


1. Find out your body weight and height
2. Look up calorie counters online like the one i sent in the bottom here probably way better ones online but this one only goes down to age 15 so if you are below that you probably shouldnt have an account here
3. Put in your weight height and Active level
4. Get your daily caloric limit for your profile
5. Dont be a iqlet and do some 1000 calories per day wanting to leanmaxx fast before summer it isnt worth it you will lose weight sure but 0 energy and you will just lose muscle and have no will to live not worth it also bad for your growth
6. Eat in a caloric deficit
7. Profit


In my experience i have lost around 10-15kg just my guesstimate and my facial features are more defined the only cons are that my pants dont fit as well but thats not hard to fix
