its not worth it cause even afterwards ur arms will only reach like ur belly button when it should be near your knees, it fucks up your body proportions and it just looks unnatural, not to mention the money and the several months/a year learning to walk and in a hospital bed, and the regrown bone between the legs is weak so you're also likely to suffer from arthritis and general bone problems, ALSO there's the fact that you'll pretty much lose your athetlic ability - wont be able to run and do sports nearly as well for example

If youre 180 cm / 5‘11 normal height, which means with normal shoes that on average add 2-2.5 cm and make you around 183 / 6‘ tall, you dont need those gay ass fkn lifts that make your posture similar to a faggot clown. 9.9 out of 10 times if youre 6‘ with normal shoes, having any height above that will net you 0.04 psl towards foids.

After starting to exercise and improving neck, back, abs muscles + mewing all the time and improving posture, I got 1 inch taller. Posture improving legit nets you ca. + 1 inch height.

The most you can fraud with lifts is about 2-2.25"(combined added height of shoe+lifts)-A pair of Doc Martens(1.5") and 1"lift(0.7-8"due to compression) and you gain about 2-3.5cm in terms of barefoot height, because everyone wears shoes obv(most shoes range from 0.75 to 1.25"). Anything above that and you'll look and walk like a clown- it's not worth it.
