All are correct other than the squat, which is for women. And btw a plate is 135 not 105, you must be new to the gym.

It also is dependent on your weight . Its very easy if someone is 225 lbs, vs a lot harder for someone whose 170 lbs.

There are people who can't lift that who would molest you in a fight.

It’s not about fighting, if you don’t have some base line strength you look like a joke and you can’t even move you’re own furniture or carry your whale gf

Irrelevant to my point (deboonking the claim of man-status via lifting said amount of weight, whilst getting bodied by people who can't).

all decent fighters(non manlets) can lift that shit. Its not that hard. Especially grapplers, they all do weightlifting

can you close COC #2?

Yes, pay some rich person so he would allow you to repeatedly raise and lower a piece of iron for absolutely no reason. Because you're so insecure in your masculinity you need to adhere to some made up standard of strength. As if caring so much about other men's approval isn't unmanly.

You won't lose height, but doing squats and deadlifts will make you lose NT for sure.
It's mostly aspies who do strength programs.

I've been barbell training on and off for 20+ years. I'm still the exact same height.

Yeah bench is hard but you can do singles for deadlifts easy no spotter. And you can work up to those for reps fairly easily

They’re not high standards tbh realistic for most people with access to a gym and decent eating habits to achieve in a year or two max

Deadlifts are the easily to build up because you don’t need a squater. But yeah I think this deadlift might take longer than the others.

Pull ups and rows will get your strength faster if you’re get stuck at 3 plates or so

Just do brosplit with chest and biceps, and lots of high reps for pump. Lots of machine work and slow concentrated mind muscle reps. Talk with your buddies in between sets.
Be normie. Don't be "hardcore", that's for subhumans.
Everyone does that and everyone has results.
Don't fall for the autistic "powerbuilding" meme. You don't build much muscle by doing one rep for sure.

Except for the deadlift and bench press most of my lifts are close to this and Im a 75 kg dyel and haven't even been lifting for a year consistently. These aren't high standards for strength

As long as you are doing more than 3 you will have sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. The key is taking sets to failure and protein intake.

It is not the same doing 3 or 8. Aslo autistic stregth based programs (those who allow you to incrase lifts faster) mostly do not take sets to failure, except maybe the last set.

If you are talking about those autistic 5x5 programs where you don't increase weight unless you do 5 sets of 5 reps I agree but they are a good starting point. Once you build enough strength you can increase the reps and train more for hypertrophy. Programs like those are for beginners.

You can strict OHP 135lbs no belt? That’s pretty good, I bench 235 1RM but I definetely need to train OHP a few more months before 135 OHO strict

Op is saying to "look like a man" not be a man alpha male fighter.

Ideally you have both. But to normies the more muscular you look the less likely they will be wanting to fight you.
