if I could go back and guide myself (((theoretically))). I would tell him to take/do a million things but most notably, nose breathe, optimize diet, optimize sleep, exercise, take t3, vitamin d3, and Exemestane. hgh at the start of puberty(13-14). if I did that ages 10-14 I wouldn't be here.

think about it, if you went back with your current intelligence/knowledge, it would also mean you retain your memories, so that experience of prior innocence will remain as it still contributes to you as a person

agreed. but I mean you could select the knowledge to transfer theoretically..... and maybe even pick and choose experiences to give as well? if you could know that x thing is important, without having experiences validating it, the knowledge would be flawed without application. but it'd still be sufficient to act upon. the only reason you tell your past self these things is so they can act upon it and be better off in the future
