5'10 (but in Germany so thats considered shortish) and i was rated between 4.75 and 5.5PSL. My reason for this theory is the vastly different experiences i made. One time, i got approached by a girl and her friend at a party with my chad friend and i made out with her. She was easily the hottest girl i ever made out with. She looked me in the face and told me how beautiful i was. When i was talking with her on the street, a distant friend was shocked and told his other friends like: OMG did u see that? Shes a 10/10, hes so lucky.

For some women, height is very important and they really cant be attracted to below 6 feet, others dont give a fuck as long as the face is good looking. Some are freshly out of a relationship and want to have fun, others have had the 3. ONS in a row and dont want to feel used again. Others are maybe heart broken and dont want to get hit on u right now. Others are virgins and they dont know how to talk to you or are scared to have their first sexual experience. Women are naturally more scared of casual sex because of the risk of pregnancy before the invention of birht control. So its still ingrained in their psyche.
So as a conclusion, dont take every rejection personal and as long as you are above average, which isnt that difficult, you are good looking enough for almost every girl.
