Almost anything is possible with osteotomies and custom implants these days
If you have really done enough research and studying, and carefully assessed all potential outcomes for particular sets of surgeries for you, anything is possible.
If you don't think it is, then you:
If you are not learning coding for the sole purpose of developing your own software to very accurately portray the gestalt of ratios resulting from different sets of surgeries, and individual feature quality, then you're not trying hard enough.

If you don't think it is, then you:
- Have not done enough research
- Don't have enough money
- Are saying it's not possible to cope with not having enough money or with having a lack of courage
- Then you chose the wrong surgery/surgeon
- Your surgeon did not do a good job
- You did the wrong amount of advancement/shape for whatever implant or osteotomy
