If You Have High Cheekbones What Type Of Implant To Choose ?

I have a high set of cheekbones and it's kinda flat in front but decent on the side. (Not strong at the side but not hollow or flat)
I want to get a custom wrap around jaw implant to reduce my jaw asymmetry so i need to get cheekbones too (to augment lower and upper third).
I have a little bit smaller version of this cheekbones.

Custom malar implants, if your zygos have good lateral projection you dont need zygomatic arch implants.

Submalar implant with customly designed zygomatic arch tail would make me better i guess. Cheekbone implants would make someone look feminine with high set cheekbones so it's hard to choose i guess.

they put a small screw on it. like wraparound jaw implants. some surgeons just put a suture though but it's not recommended in general.

I think you should get malar implants to augment your malar eminence, submalar implants would only make your zygos look lower set.
