I also scored 99.99th percentile on standardized math tests as a kid. I didn't pursue math or physics so I'm not that great at it now, but I have natural ability. People on this site who say they are autistic are just coping. They just have justifiably low self confidence/introvert tendencies because they don’t get laid and from the subconscious negative feedback they receive when they are around women and people in general. This, and in combination with a subconscious fear that their sexual performance would be subpar (which feeds back to point number 1 making it a vicious cycle) makes them even more closed to themselves.
