You cant be ugly, the most common trait among people on here is lips throwing the whole facial balance off. If you got narrow lips and bad lips you cant do anything eazy. No surgery or anything can widen the lips.
Apart from mse and bimax which can widen it a bit but only if you got shit bite and extreme recession
