People relate ignoring someone drowning in a pool with being absent from politics/political discussion/not voting [which i don't]

The difference is when it comes to that person drowning, a direct action of yours can save the day/result in the most favorable outcome.
When it comes to politics, there are no personal solutions to systemic problems. You should live by those words.

Guess what would happen if you were a 1930s German and tried to stop the Nazis. You'd be killed.
"But what if it was the 1920s and you had an opportunity to stop it" This does not mirror the real world. We are all goys in the system, bricks in the wall.

There are no personal solutions to systemic problems, worry about your own life, your own kids, your own future. If a direct action of yours can result in something good do it, but 1 vote, selling your car and buying a bike, buying a vegan burger instead of a beef one, will do nothing.

This is why I've never looked down on vegan activists who sabotage slaughter houses or stop oil activists who sabotage oil trucks. Even if I eat meat and use oil I admire the fact they are actually stagnating a system they disagree with via their actions instead of coping like an ant thinking their individual tiny lifestyle choices will do anything.

You abandon them as soon as you can get on your own feet and never talk to them again and cut all ties. When you give Loyalty you expect it back if you are not a cuck and wasting it on a grand, impersonal abstraction like the tribe is how politicians convince people to kill themselves for their personal benefits.
You start your own family with a woman you love and make friends that stand up for you. My loyalty, commitment and love is conditional and only given to people who sit at my table and have proven their worth.

exactly bro whether you've been brainwashed by the elites to get sheparded into their bullshit two 'party' politics system and become like those crazy froth faced niggas that live by politics or whether you're quiet and absentminded to the corruption it doesnt fucking matter, nothing you do can make a change. The most you can do is increase the amount of leverage you, your family, and the people you love have as you better the lives around you, everything else is loser ass niggas that are coping by grasping for control at planted straws cause they're subhumans and mute in their own lives.
