And i know for sure that Russia and Moscow city hall ecpesially preparing for it (like cleaning cluttered shelters, restoring old ones, ect.) So my personal bet even if nukes would be used, it would be a small one and only on Kharkiv AND in first 3 month of 2023. But that's just my guess
