This is how the areas are divided. 20.271 km² of land divided into 200 different zones or communes, on average there is around 6000 people in one, it's even worse for people who live in smaller communes on the country side where there's not a lot of shops and you can't drive outside of your area to go get stuff that you would like to. This is not a big country, it has only around 2 million people and they divided it in such small parts jfl. Same laws for not wearing masks apply here, at least a 400 $ fine.
