Well if you wouldn't eat those vegetables and take beta carotene you would be even more pale, don't forget genetics matters more but these things can help youok i eat 2-3 raw tomatoes and 1-2 raw carrots everyday and 1-2 pills of beta carotene supplement everyday and i'm pale, i don't have colorful kind of 'tan'

ok i ate 5-6 tomatoes and 5-6 carrots today, half of which were cooked, if i don't look like o'pry tomorrow morning idkIf you cooked your tomatoes and carrots and ate them with fat you would get the desired effect - because carotenoids are made more bioavailable by cooking and are fat soluble
