they'd genuinely get diagnosed with autism/retardation, growth deficiency and maybe even malnourishment. and their doctor would be prescribing them some form of steroids and maybe even meat unless doctors back then were as brainwashed as there are now.
In school they would either be bullied and ostracized for being so weird and deformed or be let in by everyone for being such a unique enigma.
As if this current generation wasn't as deformed and retarded and malnourished enough the next generation will get even worse and they'll keep getting worse and worse until they drop dead.
