If your teeth sit behind your radix/nose bridge are you recessed?

I've noticed that I have this and thought it meant I had a recessed maxilla until I saw my friend who mogs with the same thing, but I can't stop seeing it and I can't tell whether it actually means anything or not. My radix is nonexistent pretty much and so is his so maybe its a common thing with people who just have their forehead slope into their nose
