One topic people don't often talk about when it comes to mental health is dissociation.

The word "trauma" is a very bad english word because most people picture it as an event that happened. Bullying, abuse , etc.
In reality trauma is any sort of intense, ongoing tension because of any reason. Example: Person who is "wired" towards the countryside is born in a
modern concrete filled city, romantic guy is born sub5, etc.
Dissociation happens when your brain basically divides you and the world around you.
You can experience things like fight or flight but only rationally and physically , but not emotionally.
Research it, its worth it.
