Like the title says, hip thrusts should be part of every guy’s leg day. Now I know it’s an exercise that’s “for women,” but you’re truly missing out if you’re not doing them. There are three main reasons every guy needs to be doing hip thrusts.
Firstly, they help in bed. Nearly every sexual position that involves the guy doing any amount of work will involve some form of thrusting. After doing them for about 6 months, I noticed a big difference in the amount of force I can produce in bed. I asked my situationship about it and she said she noticed it too.
Secondly, for everyone who has also been cucked by anterior pelvic tilt, you will see a noticeable improvement in your APT after integrating hip thrusts in your routine. This is because two of the largest causes of APT are weak glutes and hamstrings, two muscles that are hit doing hip thrusts. While there are also other factors that should also be addressed, you will almost certainly see an improvement after a month or two of doing hip thrusts.
Third, while less important for most people, glutes are the largest muscle in the body by both volume and mass. So if you’re trying to get as big as possible, you’re missing out on a shit ton of gains if you’re not training your glutes.
One bonus is that if you’re using a hip thrust machine, you’re probably gonna get girls coming up asking how many sets you have left, so it’s a solid way to start a convo.
TLDR: You are retarded if you’re not doing hip thrusts.
