The fat distribution is one of the worse your body completely ignores it in your under eye support, eye hoods while ejecting it to your cheeks or jaw.
Not to mention that even tho they have a hard time building muscle they have very fleshy faces like they’re faces are muscular but not on the arms or legs.
This applies to ethnics such as Armenoids, Iraqis, Iranians and Pakistanis who have too much heavy features from rugged mountain climate which promotes harsh winters. So you are basically just bloated ogres.
However, if you are Lebanese, Syrian, West Turk, Moroccan etc you might be in luck because Mediterranean and North African admixture saves you lot by making you gracile from the warm summers. Or even pull off the prettyboy looks while maintaining a decent physique.
There are always ethnics with good vs bad genetics. Not all are bad every one of them has different kind of flaws
