If you’re scared of creatine, you’re already not serious about results.

"bloated" are u fucking retarded by any chance?

surface level research is required to figure this out

genuinely though, elaborate on why the fuck you think creatine would make u "bloated"

it takes literrally two seconds to open up google and search

it takes literrally two seconds to open up google and search

so you make a claim about creatine being able to bloat you but can't back that retarded claim up with any substantial evidence. .org retards I swear

its pretty fucking straightforwad, Creatine boosts water retention in muscles will therefore boost water retention in your face. ]
Got it?

that's completely wrong physiologically and shows zero understanding of how creatine actually works.

creatine increases intracellular water retention specifically in muscle tissues through osmotic mechanisms tied to phosphocreatine storage. it doesn't cause systemic water retention or edema.

facial bloating would require subcutaneous water retention, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT mechanism than muscle cell hydration.
your face doesn't contain the same type of muscle tissue that stores creatine phosphate in significant amounts.

multiple studies specifically investigating body composition changes with creatine supplementation show no significant increases in subcutaneous water retention or changes in facial appearance.

you're basically claiming "protein builds muscle, therefore it must build fat in your face too", which is equally nonsensical and demonstrates you don't understand basic tissue-specific physiological responses, dumbass.

but please, continue making shit up about physiology while completely ignoring the actual research literature.
