if u don't wanna inject HGH or IGF-1 you could get sum gh-stimulator, choose something like mk677 but better as mk is bullshit icl

Or just be in puberty, gh production is at its peak in puberty

nana I am pretty fine with hgh I said supplements because I heard shit like tongkat ali by other people (dont know if it is good or not reason for the thread)my bad if i worded it horribly appreciate the reply

Yeah I dont know if it is cope or not people say too much I am in between I was thinking about mk before though do I get like pharma hgh and more if i can?

If your looking for supplements to take i would suggest omega3 (optional), 10'000 iu of vitamin d3, 200mcg of k2, 50mg of zinc picollinate, 400mg of magnesium glycinate. MK677 and HGH are MOSTLY cope just make sure to get enough sleep,train well and good nutrition and your good bro
