anybody has good guide for localized igf 1 (zygos, chin, …) on here?

Chin: 20-30 MCG directly into the pogonion (center of the chin) and mentalis area)
-Jaw Angles (gonion): 30-40 mcg per side, right on the angle.
-Ramus: Alongside the back of the jawline.
-Browridge/superciliary: VERY small doses (10-20 mcg) above the brows.

-MGF as you may know *or not* is extremely anabolic for bone growth and tendon. That alone is extremely good for facepulling.

yes, I do.
In the mornings I hit 40mcg total split across mentioned targeted sites
so just as an example 15mcg per zygoma + 10mcg chin + 13mcg per gonion (13mcg is personal preference)
In the evening/post-workout or post chewing (depends on the day) I hit another 35-38 mcg in the same sites.

In additive, the negative impacts only become real whenever people follow THESE things:

1. Whenever they run stupidly high systemic doses for MONTHS
2. When they stay fat
3. When they inject into muscle instead of bone area (which is why I said "o deep but NOT into the muscle"
4. Whenever they don't control the inflammation.

So yeah, I can admit there is a cap but you are going to be no-where near it if you're doing localized micro-dosing inside of a correct manner. Stop putting fear into people :feelsuhh:

Also, do you pinch the skin while pinning?

Do I need to go into the zygomatic arch, or can I also do the zygomatic body if I want that to project more?

Hey i see your knowlagible on this stuff. im ordering 2 ml of igf so i can run about 50 mcg for 50 days. i also want mk 677 and dk how i should run both. if you could drop like a quick quide on injection sites and what amount i should use. for more info check me first post where i listed stats and images

Perfect question, with the zygos you go deep until you feel the needle lightly tap the bone on the zygomatic arch, don't jam it, just go slowly and controlled until you feel resistance from the bone, then back off a hair and inject. You can also hit he zygomatic body if you want more projection there, but keep in mind that the arch is the main spot for that one look... (high-cheekbone kinda look if you may)

1. Pinch the skin LIGHTLY only to stabilize, whilst you're doing that you must remember you are not doing a subcutaneous pinch like with any other pep. You are going deep to the periosteum, so personally (from personal experience lmao) I would recommend derma stamping (0.5mm) the area first, injecting slowly, and then massaging hard for 8-10 full minutes with strong pressure *massaging is a non-negotiable as it drives the iGF-1 into the bone.*

Your second question was answered in the beginning sect.

Yeah I gotchu.

For IGF-LR3 you're going to want to hit 50mcg total per day, split into 2 injections (25mcg morning + 25 mcg evening/post-chewing)

For the MK-677 you're going to want to hit 20-25mg every single night before bed (THIS will raise your systemic IGF-1 baseline so that the local injections hit way more harder than they usually would.

*Run that for 6 weeks on, then take 4 weeks off. DO NOT RUN 50 DAYS STRAIGHT, you will desensitize and waste the compound.*

Now, for the injection sites + dosing for the injections sites.

1. Zygos: Hit these with 13 *my own recommended number but you can go from 10-15* mcg per side (right on the zygomatic arch), so, feel the bone, go deep until you lightly tap it, then back off a hair. That alone would be your main site for width and projection.
2. Gonion: You are going to want to hit this one at 10-12 mcg per side *it is based off of personal preference, so you can choose from 10-12, however I would recommend 11*, directly on the angle, *make sure to feel the bone here and follow the same protocol as the zygos*
3. Chin: For the chin I would highly recommend 8-10 mcg total *I highly recommend 9* into the pogonion (center) and mentalis area.
4. Ramus: Hit this one with 7mcg *stick to 7mcg* along the back edge of the jawline if you want more length.
5. Brow Ridge: 5mcg MAX (very small amount) if you want more deep set eyes. *and or, a more prominent brow ridge*

Here was my protocol.

1. Morning: 25 mcg split across sites (after derma stamping *0.5mm*
2. Night: 25 mcg split across sites (after 2 hours of mastic gum chewing)
3. 25mg of MK-677
4. Chew MASTIC GUM for 3 HOURS minimum per day (in split sessions, for this I would also highly recommend you focus on the back molars and add resistance if you can)
5. HARD mew 24/7 *or if you stop doing it and later forget, do it immediately*
6. STAY UNDER 12% BODY FAT FOR MORE VISIBILITY OF EFFECTS.
*You can also take the following supportive supplements:
1. berberine (500mg 3x/day with meals)
2. Telmisartan (80mg every morning)
3. Magnesium GLYCINATE (400mg at night)
4. Vitamin D3 8000 IU + K2 MK7 (200mg)
5. Zinc (50mg) :feelshah:
