CHROMIUM

There has been multiple studies on chromium and its relation to IGF-1 And I have concluded from my research that, Chromium will significantly increase IGF-1 levels to a point where it can accelerate bone growth. Here are the reasons I think this is:
  1. It increases Insulin sensitivity
  2. Increases osteoblasts collagen production
  3. Reduces bone resorption
  4. Upregulates Gene Expression (by increasing mRNA for IGF-1 therefore telling the body to produce more growth factor
Now you may be wondering what dosage I recommend, 300 mcg of chromium should be enough for an actual increase in IGF-1 levels

if you have any questions comment

not a single molecule of evidence or study
I forgot hold up

No mechanism depiction or explanation? Also show the studies JFL

You can buy it in pill form from many different sources
is it good to supplement it at 15 and is strontium good for bone growth and bone mass too and with both of these would i expect an increased bonemass?

I would recommend chromium for a 15 year old but not strontium because it can actually stunt growth by replacing the calcium

oh shit should i just supplement calcium then? and what dosage's ideal?
I would also recommend GABA and L-arginine. Osie has made a very detailed thread on l-arginine

I get what youre tryna do, but lets keep things real.

The igf pathway is notoriously abused by bodybuilders for muscle growth. Any high leverage low barrier to entrance intervention to target it is already well known, discussed and used.

A simple supplement with do next to nothing for real world outcomes.
Good for insulin sensitivity if youre deficient, but I doubt most people are
