Anterior pituitary secretes GH, which circulates and binds to GHRs on hepatocytes and other target tissues. GH receptor binding leads to dimerization of receptor.

GH binding activates JAK2. Activated JAK2 phosphorylates both the receptor and signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT5). Phosphorylated STAT5 dimerizes and translocates to the nucleus where it promotes transcription of the IGF1 gene (and IGFBP genes iirc, but not sure about this).

The liver is the major source of circulating IGF1 (endocrine action) (ofc other tissues too, like muscle and bone also produce IGF1 locally (autocrine/paracrine action)). After it geta released IGF-1 circulates bound to IGF binding proteins (IGFBPs)which stabilize it and modulate its bioavailability.

The IGF1R is a tyrosine kinase receptor expressed on growth plate chondrocytes (for height gain), osteoblasts (increases bone matrix synthesis) and myocytes (promotes protein synthesis nd hypertrophy)

When IGF1 binds IGF1R, PI3K-Akt pathway promotes protein synthesis (by mTOR activation), and glucose uptake.
MAPK (Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK) pathway promotes cell differentiation /proliferation.

This is IGF1 signaling but i don't know what the fuck you mean by "how do i do it"? like nigga wtf? it's not a technique or something, it's a physiological pathway your body runs everyday under endocrine system's control.
