Currently I’m running IGF-1 DES 200 mcg daily into my chin
Now I decided to start pinning part of the dose directly into both TMJ joints because I want maximum condylar/ramus growth.
My current needles:
31G × 8 mm
i need some tips about how to inject it correctly into my tmj

Im thinking About doing the same in 1 Year, is your IGF-1 DES legit ? any updates ? Did you get results and did you get any side effects bc IGF can act like a little Insulin.
