I’m actually considering doing this in a while, I’ve got a really small waist but those wide hips make it seem less aesthetic overall, now has anyone done this before or does someone have experience with it and can tell me about it? Would be much appreciated

mines definitely 10x worse than yours and I've done loads of research

answer is it's not worth it

waist fat grafting can ascend your body a ton if it's anywhere near as extreme as mine(making waist wider to balance it)
