MSE
Bimax

its worth it,this year i got invisalign and otoplasty (10k) so a good start ,next year i may just get rhino (15k) for best surgeron because its soo important and then ill be done surgery wise,i hate the idea of fillers because they wear out and you have to maintain them and maybe they look bad after a while from too many ifillers,implants are better ngl more expensive but atleast you can remove them/no permanent damage
