yeah, malarplasty doesn't involve implant. A cut is made & part of the malar complex (cheekbone) is mobilised.

I know you didnt, ask but I was thinking of doing Distraction Osteogenesis and I just contacted the surgeon and he said "depends on the deformity" fuckk man so he probably only does it on deformities fuck.The guy on the forum said he done on people without deformities
