time is ur biggest ally bro, focus on eating the best food u can, sleepmaxxing, doing sports to have a healthy body and developed hormones correctly

Get 9-10 hours of sleep a night, start taking probiotics and eating as healthy as you can overall. Avoid processed foods and grains. Sun is very important too. Try to spend at least an hour outside every day. You could also try using hydrocortisone on your nose to pull the water out and make it temporarily thinner. If you can get your hands on it I would start a cycle of test but nothing heavier than that at your age. Other than that, everything else is cope

this site is more for people who are like 15-16 and noticing natural genetics aren't doing it for them, you should really only concern peptides/treatments/roids/etc if natural puberty and good habits aren't doing it for you. for example:

- 9-10 hours of sleep like guy above said
- good balance of carbs, fats, proteins, fiber to help digest the proteins
- ideally more natural foods (meat, vegetables, fruit even)
- exercise outside, if you can do a school basketball team or something, you could go to planet fitness if you want to but you probably don't need it
- keep good posture (don't come home from school and doomscroll)
- shower daily

when you notice what is natural failing or being insufficient, that's when you consider HGH, test, topical treatments like tretinoin/minoxidil, surgeries, etc. you're not at that point yet unless you're like 5'3 and your bones are going to fuse within the next 9 months or like diabetic

just lean out for now, you're probably not affording surgeries and peptide cycles at 13 so just lean naturally but be careful on growth stunting, if sub 15% bf and debloating doesn't make your face look better then be concerned
