By going to the gym and having proper nutrition and sleep.

Don't listen to these kid, you need to do contact sports and you'll naturally get a bigger frame.

If you're in the US the answer is american football, anywhere else and it's Rugby.

I started playing football at 16 and I went from scrawny and skinny to chad lite and a lot of girls into me just because I was playing football JFL that was so funny. One girl told me she liked me over her artist bf because I was a football player.

You're going to regret this greatly when you're a grown man. If I can go back in time I would have started an aromatase inhibitor and MK677 + CJC-1295 with DAC + Huperzine A to mimic a pharma grade dose of HGH if I couldn't get my hands on HGH.
