I alr take supplements such as d3, K2 and magnesium. I go gym often how can I improve appearance during puberty?

Nothing you’ll ever do will give results visable to eye except from mouth posture will help you keep living and see how fast puberty takes u and if it doesn’t hardmaxx

Just optimalise your hormones and do everything to have proper facial posture

SLEEP as much as you can and go to bed at the same time. Ideally around 21-23 and don't eat hella before bed. Play sports/be outside, eat healthy and shit. Genetics will do the rest
 
you probably don’t need to take supplements if you have a good diet unless you’re deficient in something, but don’t expect a large difference

make sure to chew hard foods pretty regularly, get good sleep, stay healthy and just enjoy your teen years socialising and not worrying too much about this sort of stuff
