don't take AAS tho, its overhyped and is not good at all during puberty, counter intuitive in most cases unless proper ancilleries which most ppl will take aromasin or some shit which doesn't help at all. Dont get to deep in the experimental heightmaxxing stack ik ngas who couldve gotten LL but decided lemme spend 10k a year on experimental shit with barely any research surpassing the amount for LL cost in turkey/india
