Im 15 6’3 and 263 I been trying to diet for a while now and because im a fat chud it never really ends up working at most I got down to 252 but I ended up gaining it back but I been thinking about getting of Reta but I don’t know if there is any side effects that could cause me harm or something idrk also I feel like my parents will be against it too but I think Reta will save me from being a sub 5 lmk what yall think

Trust me reta, you are doing yourself a favour by going thru the hardships of actually training.

I was a similar weight and to lose weight I just ate "real good chicken tenders" with hot sauce you get full fast and its low calories you can eat like 15+ tenders a day and still be in a deficit (use a food weight scale for serving size), but I didn't go to the gym because it hurts and made me hungry :trepidation:, I just started going now that I'm 170 and can control my eating. I wouldn't hop on reta though unless you're truly a lazy chud that has 0 self control, good luck

that's the brand name "real good" and it took me like 6 months but I've been stuck at 170 for a month now because I'm going to the gym
 
i won't starve myself since your still growing and edmaxxing can ruin that
