Would like some advice on how to ascend without peptides or surgery only some natural and safe stuff.

if you only are considering softmaxes;

shave facial hair, grow the hair out (long hair is law), consider oral minoxidil for lashes especially but also brows (dyor into that about the water retention ect), and most importantly hit the gym if you aren't already doing so.

It's not going to change much but you'll see some improvement.

water retention? so im bloated, I thought my BF was high

also one question, anyway to get like hollow cheeks? I know the key is BF% but I'm only 15 and im broke so I cant have my own diet to get lean and also my school ends at 3:20 pm and I get home 5:00 pm and sleep at 8:00 - 9:00 pm, so its kind of hard to have a workout

i can tell you right now only if you mark my previous reply as a solution.
 
do cardio/gym whatever is accessible to you, i know you said you don't have time but i find this to be a pretty lazy excuse-

you can ALWAYS find the time to do something, even if it's pushups in your room or some shit idk.

now if you don't want the cope, then look into diuretics. :ogre:
