I have been going gym for around a year wanted to stay natty but fuck it past few days i realised how sub optimal natty training really is first few months was great progress last few just been horror not as much progress. Im 16 in lats puberty so what’s the best possible cycle and pct you reckon I should do for min shut down and lean muscle mass i can keep and pls tell me any tips there is for not getting the androgenic side effects Thanks
