I have been going gym for around a year wanted to stay natty but fuck it past few days i realised how sub optimal natty training really is first few months was great progress last few just been horror not as much progress. Im 16 in lats puberty so what’s the best possible cycle and pct you reckon I should do for min shut down and lean muscle mass i can keep and pls tell me any tips there is for not getting the androgenic side effects Thanks

How are you at 106 while on 4iu, are you 30% bf?? Either that or you're doing something wrong. 4iu is practically hrt

i know, im like 20%bf max, i eat high carbs, walk 10k steps min a day do 15min cardio every morning, i might stop hgh and watch my blood sugar lvls for some time

Well cut down the bf%, up the 15min cardio to 30mins, the high carbs are fine just space them out properly to where you're eating majority of your daily intake pre, intra, and post workout. keep doing the 10k steps and pin only at night fasted for 3-4 hours with your last meal consisting of little to no carbs. The main issue is the bf% though @Noahlooksmaxx

ur actually dumb, unless you're already prediabetic your struggles with blood sugar are entirely related to living like a fat piece of shit and being uneducated on blood sugar management beyond pharmaceuticals and chose to buy hgh because you saw a tiktok edit of hgh and ais over phonk

ive read over 20 studies to hgh, i know how to manadge blood sugar more or less

its jsut hard as i have school til late and whem im home at like 8pmi should eat a post workout meal, but them my injection would only be like 2h fasted and i mostly go for atleast 3 h fasted
