Yes i thought of that its a safe bet with a win win, but my upper maxilla is giga reccesed.

Some users have discussed chewing certain ways to get the maxilla to upswing a certain way but I have no idea how it works. Mewing is said to affect maxilla but MSE would prob be better if you can get it
